Horizon 2014: What LGBT Rights in the EU?

How are LGBT rights covered by EU laws and policies today? What progress can we achieve by the end of the current EU mandate in 2014? These questions will be answered by a panel of speakers from the European Commission, the Fundamental Rights Agency, and ILGA-Europe.
